What is the Career Ready Program?
The Career Ready program is a self-paced, skill-building experience, designed to prepare students for a successful transition into the workplace. The program engages the eight career competencies identified by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), and can be customized by students or professors to focus on specific competencies. Students who choose to complete all eight modules will receive a Career Ready completion certificate. The program is open to all students and can be completed any time before they graduate.
